LiturBee seeks to lighten the burden of worship planning by offering weekly curated service content. Through a harmonized selection of songs, scripture readings, and prayers, our hope is to significantly streamline the preparation process for staff, leaders, and volunteers.
The average church in America is small with limited staff and limited resources. Most of these small churches have one pastor who is often part-time or bi-vocational, and church programs are volunteer-led. In spite of their constraints, these small churches serve more people than all of the larger churches combined. We are here to help.
Meet the Team
Jonathan Noël
Founder
Jonathan is a 35+ year veteran worship leader/singer/songwriter and recording artist with a passion for the Church. Originally from northern Vermont, he grew up in a small church where, at the age 14, he became the primary musician for weekly worship services. In college, Jonathan began a student-led worship band for the university’s weekly chapel services. This ultimately helped spark a worship arts degree that is still thriving today. For a decade, Jonathan was a professional touring/recording musician in Nashville, where he met his singer/songwriter wife, Amanda. Some of Jonathan’s original songs appeared on Grammy and Dove award winning albums. He has worked with such diverse artists as Andrew Peterson, Jars of Clay, Fernando Ortega and Indelible Grace. He holds a graduate degree in Worship Studies and has worked as a music director and a worship consultant, coach, and mentor. In the spring of 2020, when the Covid pandemic ushered in social distancing, Jonathan, Amanda, and their two children became the de facto worship band for the majority of their church’s online services. This crystalized something that had been forming over many years: The Noëls, a family band. The Noëls live in Raleigh, NC. While still writing, recording, and touring, Jonathan serves part-time as a music director at All Saints Church in Durham, NC.
